I thought it was time to try a top ten. I like top tens - reading them and writing them - but I want to try to keep a fresh outlook on them. I thought I’d try my favourite hardcore action films full of blood and gore . This rules out kidde action movies like Pirates seiries and most of the superhero movies which are for the family audiences (but they’re movies that I still like.) Here we go On! 10. Die Hard (and the rest of the lot but nothing beats the original) Starring Bruce Willis as detective John McClane, this movie was released in 1988. It has terrorists, explosions, and a full building full of people that McClane has to mow his way through. Some movies are good. Some movies are not. Whatever you want to say about Die Hard, it has certainly been influential. With the basic concept of a lone “good guy” trapped in a situation fighting alone against overwhelming odds, Die Hard has been remade countless numbers of times since its release in 1988 (see Air Force One and Under Siege.) ...

It goes without saying that Kishoreda is my fav singer of all times. Here is an my pick of Kishoreda’s 10 memorable songs, the list may not be the perfect one and no way complete but I have tried sincerely. 1. Mere Naina Sawan Bhado This song is composed in “Raga Shivranjani “ and this Raga is considered to be the most difficult to sing. Kishore da had refused to sing it the first time around but RD was sure that only he can do justice. Just try to sing this song when u are alone at home I bet it would leave you gasping . 2. Aa Chal Ke Tujhe This song is written, composed & sung by Kishoreda & trust me when you will listen this song you would be able to feel the beauty of the piece. Kishoreda has used his “Tartiya Sur” while singing this song and as always heis at his best. 3. Tere Bina Zindagi Se Koi This song the ultimate example of Kishoreda’s style and i always find myself mesmerized whenever i listen this song. The places are all green everywhere and nature is at its best.Nothing like the rain lashing hard at the window, trees swaying to natures rythm, you in your fav couch with a cup of hot kappi to go along. Heaven..... Me thinks Kerala Tourism is one brand that's well run by the Kerala government (don't matter which one) - not a common occurrence.This ad, in the Sunday supplement of Times of India is eye catching. The romance of monsoon is wonderfully conveyed. Come to think about its seems too good an ad to be put up by a so called conservative kerala government agency. Want to explore Kerala during monsoon ? My first posting is on my fav topic of all Mohan Lal & his movies. Mohanlal is the greatest actor India has ever produced. This is according to directors ranging from Shaji N. Karun, Mani Rathnam, and Priyadarshan, to Ram Gopal Varma. Lal's rise to fame began with roles as villains, until the late eighties when he was introduced to India as a leading man by the director Fazil. Lal went on to become Kerala cinema's most reknowned and popular actor, sharing the spotlight only with his contemporary, Mammooty. Popularity aside, he has shaped an impressive career with a body of work that can be the envy of any actor. His work with Sibi Malayil in Kireedam gave him a special mention in the National Award s of India, and he later won the Best Actor prize for his work in Malayil's Bharatham.
